Problem:
hey I just got the vxdiag vcx nano for GM today and when I go to the programming in tech2win it tells me its unavailable and it will make the ecm unstable. How to I get the programming function to work? the vehicle I’m trying to use it on is a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 5.3L.

Silverado ECM programming is not performed via Tech2win software.
It requires online programming through GM Online SPS Subscription.
