Reset Cadillac Key Fob with VXDIAG VCX NANO Tech2Win

The VXDIAG VCX NANO GM dongle and tech2win software works fine on my Win 10 notebook for $119.
I have a 1989 Cadillac Allante.
Mine appears to be able to reset my #3 fob to #1 if I get brave one day. Does scan all of the modules. Think you need subscription to make major programming changes.
Do not reacall “Delete All” as a DTC option, was in the Tec2Win list though. Could just change the #3 with laptop.
I just added the new fob and did not change anything else with the DIC. Just noticed the Tech2Win seems able to modify just one.
Also the notebook I am using has the latest Windows 10-64. Works just fine.
