Problem:
After update my VXDIAG Benz multi tool firmware, the device did’t run, computer cannot detect the device. Should I send back to repair?
Here’s the vxdiagshop engineer solution:
Disassemble the case of VXDIAG Benz scanner
Find out and press S2 button shown as picture below, connect device with vehicle via OBD socket to get power supply, then release S2 button in 10 seconds.
It will communicate with laptop and work properly again.
