Problem:
I got the C6 device but it is not connected. When try to update license in vx manager, it gave error infor 8006, failed to login device. Any idea?
This is not a VXDIAG device judging by the device name and serial number displayed.
If it is a VXDIAG Benz C6 or VCX SE Benz device, it will display name as VCX-Plus and serial number starts with V94**.
The OEM C6 VCI is a clone of vxdiag. The clone may fail to update license or firmware, better contact your supplier. Vxdiagshop.com will not provide technical support for the cloned device.
