Problem:
I had a problem with the Benz C6 VCI. Failed to update firmware and license in vx manager. When update license, it said update license failed, error info 8006. Any solution?
Solution:
Check if your device looks like this. If yes, it is a clone of vxdiag.
If it is a VXDIAG Benz C6 or VCX SE Benz device, it will display name as VCX-Plus and serial number start with V94**.
The clone C6 VCI cannot update firmware and license in latest vx manager driver. Vxdiagshop.com will not provide technical support for the cloned device.
