As titled, is it possible to program Ford Escape 2009 ECM module using the vxdiag vcx nano for Ford? It can be done online or offline?

Yes, it can be done offline using the older IDS version v86. But vxdiag vcx nano has no calibration files.
You can download the v81 calibration files for vcm2 interface which is the same as vxdiag nano scanner.
VCM2 original or clone with IDS v86 and calibration files v81 can program ECM on this model as well.
