VXDIAG Full “Initialization of diagnosis multiplexer failed” Solution

Question:

All other software of vxdiag full works fine, when connects with Benz with Xentry software, it gave error “Initialization of diagnosis multiplexer failed” , and failed to communicate. How can i solve?

Please update Benz DoIP driver.
