VXDIAG JLR Pathfinder ‘Show DTC Helptext’ Not Working?

Problem:

I got the vxdiag vcx se JLR DoIP device and Pathfinder hard drive, trying to use the DTC Helptext function. It is gray and not working.

Any solution?

Our pathfinder is offline version. Offline version does not show DTC Helptext. Need online version with official subscription.
