Problem:
Vehicle model: 2006 Pontiac Montana
Device: vxdiag vcx nano for gm Wifi version
Error: No communications with Vehicle Check Diagnostic link connector Check Ignition (On/Off).
Solution:
Vxdiagshop.com engineer has checked the problem via Teamviwer.
The VXManager driver shows voltage 0.93v which indicates that you didn’t connect vxdiag vcx nano interface with vehicle well.
After made good connection, open Tech2Win software on desktop and select North American
Vehicle line must be selected before diagnosis.
Now you can start diagnosis.
