Problem:
It is a Subaru Forester 2.5L 2016 Canadian model. Tried to update “optimization of ignition control” with vxdiag vcx se Subaru and SSM4 software but failed. It says this ECU is not suitable for reprogramming.
You cannot directly program ECM with the cracked version of SSM3/SSM4 software.
To program modules, you will need Subaru online subscription.
