Customer problem:
In the process of using VXDiag VCX NANO for GM, I encountered “Manager Initialization Error (GetVersionInfo)” problem.
Also, when I tried to install Tech2Win, the message of “Vehicle communication Interface: not specified or not found” popped up.
What can I do?
VXDiag engineers replied:
1). GM VCI Manager is not installed properly.

As for the T2W error, you are recommended to install Tech2Win on Win 7 32 Bit.
