I purchased a VXDiag VCX NANO for Ford and it worked greatly. However, when I tried to update vcx firmware with the VCI Manager, it failed, showing “System update fail”. See the following picture:
After consulting VXDiag engineer, I was informed to upgrade the firmware with the newest version of VX Manager rather than VCI manager.
