Mercedes server refuses older version XENTRY accessing their server to perform online SCN coding/programming.
Software older than 2019.09 cannot access to server or will report errors during programming.
You have to use latest xentry release 09/2019 with vxdiag Benz C6 or multi tool vci.
Note* Always keeps your Xentry to latest version.
How to update your VXDIAG Benz Xentry software to 2019.09?
1) For customer who got the vxdiag devices and older xentry, send back your HDD/SSD to FREE update software to 2019.09. Shipping cost is on your account.
2) If you don’t want to send back hard drive/sold drive to update. You can purchase new 2019.09 HDD/SSD.
