As titled, here’s the proper steps to add software license to VXDIAG scanner (VCX Pro/VCX PLUS/VCX DoIP)

1) Check your VXDIAG scanner serial number.
Step 2: After payment, please leave message or send serial number and photo of your VCX to us, Serial number is like V83****** or V71******.
The SN can be found on the back of the device.
2) Connact vxdiagshop.com customer service by providing your device SN and pay for the software license you desired.

PASSTHRU
PDU
TOYOTA
HONDA
JLR
FORD/MAZDA
SUBARU
PORSCHE
BMW/BENZ
VOLVO
GM
Renault
NOTE:
a. You CANNOT add BMW/Benz/DoIP license to VCX Pro interface.
b. You CANNOT add DoIP license to VCX multi tool device. DoIP license requires a specific DoIP VCI PLUS or VCX SE.

Step 3: We will send serial number to factory engineer to add authorization license.
3) Update license
Step 4: If factory finish authorization, we will inform you, and send corresponding car software link to download. Please connect vxdiag device to PC, open vx manager, click “License” to update, will find license added.
Run VX Manager
4) Go to Device Manager->Information-> click on License
License updated.
Install corresponding OEM driver, i.e JLR SDD driver, Ford IDS driver.
Now the scanner is ready to use.
