Problem:
The VXDIAG VCX SE Benz VCI cannot communicate with the xentry 03/2021. Everytime when try to install and update C6 driver in vx manager, it reported error ” Connect Error cannot open etc/vcx/caesar.cfg. No such file or directory”. Any solution?
Solution:
You didn’t sync Xentry VCI version with the device serial number.
Update license and firmware in vx manager.
Sync Xentry VCI version with Serial number.
Update finished.
