VXDIAG VCX SE JLR Pathfinder No VCI (Scan Tool) Found Error Solution

Problem:

Activated both SDD and Pathfinder DOIP licenses on my VXDIAG VCX SE JLR DoIP device. The VX Manager detects the tool, and I’m logged into my online Pathfinder account. However, it failed me when attempting to download data from the server. I receive the error:

“Communication Error – No VCI (Scan Tool) Found.”

Solution:

Missing orignial bosch driver for JLR Pathfinder.

Install Bosch VCI Driver Installer (Bosch VCI software JLR 2.4.22.59 driver) in JLR-TopixInstaller folder.

It should be fine.

If the software shows low voltage, it means the tool is not connected to the vehicle. Connect it to the car and try again.
