VXDIAG Subaru SSM4 CRC Error Solution

Problem:

One of vxdiagshop.com‘s customers reported he had a problem installing Subaru SSM4 software of VXDIAG VCX SE Subaru scanner.

First, he got CRC error, he searched the document and finally got the software installed, but the software throw another error password not match.

Solution:

Our engineers did a Teamviewer check and found a virus that breaks important setup files.

Also need to select proper region when run SSM4 program.

Delete virus, do a clean installation follow the instructions. Then run SSM4 from patch. It is fine.
