Below are the steps Mercedes Sprinter VS30 owners used to enable Automatic Folding Mirrors on a 2020 Cargo w/ 7″ MBUX**
Tools used:
- Xentry multiplexer VXDIAG VCX SE, Benz VCI DoIP, Actia Ecom etc
- DTS 9 (need to find keygen to activate software)
With write access established, you will need to perform the following steps:
1. VarCode Tab
2. ECU: CONNECT907
- Press the ‘Connect’ button
3. Domain: [056] Vehicle Functions Write
4. ‘Exterior Mirror Convenience’ row
5. Double click Current Meaning ‘not installed’
- Select ‘installed’
6. Do Coding
7. Disconnect from CONNECT907 ECU
8. ECU: DMFL222_MOPF
- Press the ‘Connect’ button
9. Domain: [021] OM-Modellierte Parameter EMC Write
10. ‘Einklappen beim Verriegeln verfügbar’ row
11. Double click Current Meaning ‘off’
- Select ‘on’
12. Do Coding
13. Change the domain to Domain: [019] OM-Spiegelklappung SCN Write
14. ‘Gehäuseklappung beginnt bereits bei Entriegelung’ row
15. Double click Current Meaning ‘off’
- Select ‘on’
16. Do Coding
17. Disconnect from DMFL222_MOPF ECU
18. ECU: DMFR222_MOPF
- Press the ‘Connect’ button
19. Domain: [021] OM-Modellierte Parameter EMC Write
20. ‘Einklappen beim Verriegeln verfügbar’ row
21. Double click Current Meaning ‘off’
- Select ‘on’
22. Do Coding
23. Change the domain to Domain: [019] OM-Spiegelklappung SCN Write
24. ‘Gehäuseklappung beginnt bereits bei Entriegelung’ row
25. Double click Current Meaning ‘off’
- Select ‘on’
26. Do Coding
27. Disconnect from DMFR222_MOPF ECU
When finished making all of the coding changes, you must hard reset each ECU. Again, please refer to the enable fader and balance menu guide on how to perform the hard resets.

And that’s it! Your van will now automatically fold the mirrors upon lock/unlock. You can find the Automatic Folding menu under System -> Vehicle -> Automatic Folding.
